As a twin mom and IBCLC supporting families in the Monadnock Region, I know firsthand that while motherhood can be beautiful, it can also be incredibly overwhelming. Some experience anxiety, depression, rage, intrusive thoughts, or simply feeling like you’ve lost yourself — these are not signs of weakness. They are signs that you deserve care and support.

The vital need for postpartum support & care
I’m incredibly honored to have been interviewed for The Keene Sentinel’s Parent Express in their recent article, “The Vital Need for Postpartum Support & Care.” This thoughtful piece highlights something we in the perinatal world witness daily—new parents are navigating life-altering changes without the care, guidance, or emotional support they truly need.
