About me
Hello all and welcome!
Let me start off by introducing myself and my family. My name is Ashley my husbands name is Jake and we have four beautiful children Emma, Logan and identical twin boys Lincoln and Liam. We live in Swanzey, New Hampshire on a little homestead settled just outside the city of Keene. We raise livestock including cows, pigs, chickens and rabbits as well as tend to our vegetable garden, fruit trees and berry bushes.
My journey into the birth work world started back in 2017 with the birth of my daughter. Not long after her birth I started attending family/friends births providing labor support. It wasn’t until 2019 after my son was born that I jumped into trainings to finally pursue assisting others achieve the desired birthing outcomes as a fill time profession. I have personal experience with hospital and birth center births as well as vaginal and cesarean births. I also have personal and much educational experience with breastfeeding.
In our spare time Jake and I share a passion for building and driving Demolition Derby cars. We have over three decades of driving experience between us both. Both Jake and I have competed in many derbies in the eastern side of the United States and traveled as far as Topeka, Kansas to spectate.
My spouse and I both enjoy the outdoors and having the ability to provide for our family. We strive to be more self sustaining while living a holistic and natural lifestyle. We take great pride in raising our children in that same manor.
