  • Yes! Since your milk is being preserved rather than consumed, expired breastmilk is perfectly acceptable. Many families use milk that has been tucked away in the freezer for years.

  • Yes! If your breastfeeding journey includes more than one child, I'd be honored to combine your milk into a single keepsake. It's a beautiful way to celebrate the unique bond you've shared with each of your children.

  • Don't let a small amount stop you from preserving your journey. If you only have a few drops or a small frozen bag tucked away, please reach out. In many cases, that's all that's needed to create something truly beautiful.

  • Yes! A small lock of baby hair—or even hair from multiple children or loved ones—can often be incorporated into your keepsake, depending on the design you choose.

  • Yes. A small, fully dried piece of your baby's umbilical cord stump can be incorporated into many keepsake designs. If you're unsure whether your keepsake is suitable, I'd be happy to help guide you.

  • Absolutely. Many families choose to create one keepsake that honors multiple children by combining breastmilk, hair, birthstones, or other meaningful inclusions into a single design.

  • Your keepsake is designed to be treasured for many years. Each piece is professionally preserved and sealed to help protect it for the long term. Like all fine jewelry, proper care will help maintain its beauty for generations.

  • While every effort is made to create a long-lasting keepsake using professional preservation methods and high-quality materials, all resin naturally changes very slightly with age. Keeping your jewelry away from prolonged sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and harsh chemicals will help preserve its beauty for many years.

  • Simply wipe your jewelry gently with a soft microfiber or jewelry polishing cloth. Avoid jewelry cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, harsh chemicals, alcohol, perfumes, lotions, and abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish.

  • Yes! Your keepsake is created to be worn and enjoyed. However, to help preserve its beauty, I recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, gardening, cleaning, or using lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals.

  • Most keepsakes are completed within 6-8 weeks after I receive your breastmilk and any additional inclusions. Because every piece is handcrafted individually, turnaround times may vary depending on current order volume.

  • If you have a special occasion, gift, or milestone coming up, please contact me before placing your order. While rush orders can't always be accommodated, I'll do my very best whenever possible.

  • I highly recommend shipping your breastmilk using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your package arrives. If a package is lost in transit before it reaches me, you'll need to work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once your keepsake is complete, all finished jewelry is shipped with tracking and insurance whenever possible for added peace of mind.

  • Because every keepsake is custom-made using your own breastmilk and personal inclusions, orders cannot be canceled once the preservation process has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do everything I can to help before production starts.

  • Always. Your breastmilk and any personal inclusions are carefully labeled and tracked from the moment they arrive until your finished keepsake is safely returned to you. I work on each order with great care and respect, treating every family's memories as if they were my own.
